East Market is Featuring Light Shows and Cocktails Each Weekend Until Christmas
Throughout the year the plaza at East Market (located at 11th and Ludlow) has hosted many food and vendor popup events and now they are capping off 2021 with a festive array of entertainment and cocktails.
East Market is decked out this holiday season with a massive tree + décor galore. Each Thursday, Friday + Saturday from now – 12/25, East Market will be even more spirited, showcasing a holiday light show and live music, and each Thursday and Saturday will feature super seasonal food & beverage offerings courtesy of popular American brasserie, The Wayward. Thursdays, 12/2 – 12/30
- East Market will participate in Center City District’s “Merry on Market” campaign with two signature light shows at 5:30 PM & 7:15 PM
- Live music from 4-6 PM
- Cocktails/light bites by The Wayward from 4-6 PM
- Light bites include croquembouche and pommes frites and cocktails/beverages to include hot chocolate (both boozy & non), mulled wine, hot cider (can also be made boozy) and a signature cocktail
Fridays, 12/3 – 12/31
- Signature light show at 5:30 PM & 7:15 PM
Saturdays, 12/4 – 12/18
- Signature light show at 5:30 PM & 7:15 PM
- Live music from 3-5 PM
- Bites/drinks by The Wayward (same as Thursdays) from 3- 7 PM
The Wayward (French inspired American Brasserie) will pop up outside at East Market, offering signature warming beverages and light bites out of a festive, custom holiday cocktail cart!
The Wayward cocktail cart menu:
· Croquemouche (The Wayward’s signature dessert – warm Federal Donuts, crème pâtissière and a drizzle of pecan & gin caramel)
· Pommes Frites
· Hot Chocolate – boozy and non-alcoholic
· Mulled wine
· Hot cider – boozy and non-alcoholic
· Additional seasonal cocktails
The Wayward cocktail cart schedule:
· Thursdays: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
· Saturdays: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
