Who loves some tasty oxtails? Well, it looks like Bok Bar will be welcoming acclaimed chef Chaz Brown for a special rooftop pop-up dinner dubbed “A Night Out With The Oxtail Exchange.” With a name like this, you already know the Oxtail will be top notch.
The Night Out With The Oxtail Exchange will be going down on Monday August 26th from 6-9 pm at Bok Bar. Guests can expect Afro Caribbean flavors and vibes. Attendees will enjoy cook out/fish Fry vibes with Soca, Dance Hall, Afro Beats sounds by Bobby Flowers, and a steel drum performance by chef’s uncle who’s flying n from Trinidad for this special event.
Put together by Chef Chaz Brown along with cultural pop-up specialists Com.Unity, Oxtail Exchange will offer a variety of dishes from by not only Chef Chaz Brown but from several of his chef friends as well. In addition to the food and festive vibes, Oxtail Exchange will also feature market curated by CADO featuring local Black vendors. “The goal of this dinner is to highlight local black businesses and creatives coming together to celebrate during Black Business Month,” states Com.Unity founder Roland Bui.
