Fette Sau to collaborate with Love City Brewing & High West Distillery for a Special Pop-Up Dinner
Dry rubbed and smoked meat always goes good with a nice cold beer. Fishtown-based Fette Sau understand this which is why they are partnering with Love City Brewing and High West Distillery to curate a festive evening with plenty of flavors, libations, and live music.
This special pop-up dinner will take place on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m at Fette Sau (1208 Frankford Ave.). This event will feature a five-course meal prepared by the culinary team at Fette Sau paired which will be paired with beers and spirits from Love City Brewing and High West Distillery. Menu highlights include pulled beef with collard greens, smoked duck with mushroom hash, and house-made pear cobbler. Beverage highlights include High West Campfire and Double Rye along with Love City Monstro Pumpkin Ale, Love your Neighbor Pale Ale, and more.
In addition to the food, guests can enjoy live entertainment from Drew Nugent & The Midnight Society. Tickets go for $75 a pop and can be purchased on Resy.
