Are You Single and Own a Dog? The Boozy Mutt is Hosting a Dog-Friendly Craft Drink & Matchmaking Event
Just in time for cuffing season, The Boozy Mutt (2639 Poplar St.) and BrewedAt has teamed up with Nutmeg & Oak to produce a dog-friendly Singles Sip. Inspired by the popular Matchbox events in New York City, this twist on modern dating will take place on Friday, October 4th, inviting singles to connect over drinks, delicious bites, and their love for pups.
This Singles Sip event combines local Pennsylvania craft beverages, house made food tastings, and a “cutting-edge matchmaking algorithm,” event coordinators stated.
So how does the algorithm work? Participants will complete a short digital questionnaire before the event, and throughout the evening, the algorithm pairs them with their most compatible match. Halfway through the event, matches will be revealed, offering a fun, low-pressure way for singles to meet.
The menu will feature locally known brands including Vita’s Gelato, Four Humours Distilling, Vault Brewery, Two Robbers, Vintage Wine Imports, and St. Rocco’s Treats. Boozy Mutt’s Chef Alex Osbourne will be handcrafting off-menu small plates to compliment the drinks.
