Little Fish is Hosting a Special Wu-Tang Clan Dinner Featuring 6 Courses Inspired by the Member’s Favorite Dishes
Looks like come March 24th Little Fish BYOB isn’t going to be something to F’ wit’. That’s because this gem in Queen Village will be hosting a special Wu-Tang Clan inspired dinner that will feature 6 courses inspired by some of the member’s favorite dishes. For instance in an interview, Raekwon stated that his mom taught him how to cook fish which he now does on the regular. Well, fish will obviously be on the menu as well as a spin on Chick-Fil-A which is Method Man’s favorite food.
“The menu is inspired by the group as a whole and just being fans of them. Alex Yoon (owner) has been to several of their concerts over the years so he and Chef Tim Dearing wanted to have some fun with the idea of making a menu with each course being attributed to one member (not all of them, that’s a lot of courses). When looking into their backgrounds, they realized some of them are foodies, some are even vegan. Each course is a riff on the research they did into them,” stated Little Fish’s Operation Manager Russ Mackey
As stated, the Wu-Tung dinner will offer both meaty courses and vegan options along with of course beats by the Wu-Tang Clan. Seating is at 5:30 pm and tickets are $120/person on Resy.
“Wu-Tang are masters of their craft and we like to think we’re pretty damn good at ours. We just wanted to give them a shout out in the only way we know how: through food,” Owner Alex Yoon States. And to give his favorite Wu-Tang bar for the occasion, “To increase your life line, strengthen your heart. Eat fish…that brain food will get you smart.”
