So how did this idea come about? “I had a wild dream at 3 am of making taco right off of a whole smoked Al pastor alligator body and did some research if getting full alligators were possible so I reached out CHEF Scott from the Lucky well right then late night and told him my crazy idea. The next morning he was super excited and texted me saying how excited and interested he was for this idea. I wanted my last pop up to be a fun and special one. So hence we got together and came up with the CROC OUT,” Chef Reuby explains.
