Brunch is coming to Coeur this Saturday
Coeur, the new Montreal-inspired restaurant at 8th and Christian Streets that opened on Sept. 15, is ready to roll out its brand spankin’ new brunch menu this Saturday. And of course, Wooderice got the scoop before the menu was even posted online. You can check it out here.
Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the brunch menu not only includes egg-y staples like the eggs benedict and lunch options like their savory poutine burger, but also some in-between dishes (cured duck liver on a grilled baguette with strawberry-thyme jam, anyone?), a kids’ menu, and even plenty of vegan and vegetarian selections.
Coeur is operated by Brendan Hartranft and Leigh Maida, the team behind Memphis Taproom, Local 44, Strangelove’s, and Clarkville, with executive chef Andy Tessier in the kitchen. They also have a happy hour weekdays from 5 to 7 p.m. featuring select draft beer and draft wine for $4. Stop in and check it out.
