CollegeFest 2026 Is Giving College Students Free Access to 25+ Philadelphia Museums, Free Rides & More This September
If you’re a college student in the Philadelphia area, September just got a whole lot more exciting. Campus Philly is bringing back CollegeFest 2026, running from Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 20, and this year’s edition is expected to welcome more than 15,000 college students to explore everything Greater Philadelphia has to offer — for free.
The premise is simple: register at campusphilly.org/collegefest-2026, receive your digital pass, and unlock free admission to 25+ of Philadelphia’s most iconic museums, historic sites, and cultural attractions throughout the week. From the Philadelphia Museum of Art and The Franklin Institute to Eastern State Penitentiary, the Museum of the American Revolution, and the Mütter Museum, the participating lineup reads like the ultimate Philadelphia bucket list.
“CollegeFest is where thousands of students begin to see Philadelphia as more than the place they’re going to college — it’s a place where they can build a life,” said Jennifer Kebea, President of Campus Philly. “That’s what CollegeFest is all about: helping every student discover that they belong here and envision a future in Greater Philadelphia.”
The week culminates with the Campus Philly Block Party on Saturday, September 19, from 10 AM to 3 PM on Race Street between 19th and 20th Streets. Presented in partnership with Moore College of Art & Design and the Academy of Natural Sciences, the block party features local brands, live performances, swag, giveaways, and Philly-area vendors. CollegeFest registrants get in free. The full vendor lineup will be announced in August.
Getting across the city during CollegeFest week has never been easier. Campus Philly has partnered with Philly PHLASH to offer free rides all week long for registered students, and with Indego Bike Share to offer $1 rides when students sign up for their first month of Indego30 — unlocking unlimited one-hour rides for 30 days.
