Philly Bakes A Book: Dessert Person

Calling all baking and dessert lovers! Philly Bakes A Book is a baking club where each month we pick a different baking book and bake recipes from that book that we bring to share while we meet new people. This month we are baking from Claire Saffitz’s Dessert Person. Claire Saffitz is a food writer and chef. This baking book is full of more than 100 recipes ranging from simple loaf cakes and cookies to fruit tarts and towering layer cakes.
