Looks like Philly made another positive list this year.  This time the good folks over at Zillow recently rated the best cities for trick or treating and the city of brotherly love came in #4.  We were beaten out by California cities San Francisco and Los Angeles as well as the windy city.

In addition to ranking the top cities for kiddies to trick or treat, Zillow also compiled a list of the top 5 neighborhoods for trick or treaters in each respective city.  Below is the list of the top 5 neighborhoods in Philly to go trick or treating aka the ultimate trick or treat cheat sheet.  You can thank the nerds..umm…we mean statisticians over at Zillow.
