12th Street Catering is Hosting a Virtual “Taste of Italy Cooking Class” For Valentine’s Day Weekend
Looking for ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a unique way? On Friday, February 11 at 6 p.m., 12th Street Catering will offer a virtual Taste of Italy Cooking Class, perfect for a date night in. Unlike the private virtual cooking classes offered by 12th Street Catering, this class is open to the public as a special, one-of-a- kind Valentine’s Day treat. Ditch the reservations, show up in your sweats, grab a bottle of your favorite wine, and prepare for a night of fun with your significant other, best friend, or family members.
Attendees will cook and master a delicious 3-course dinner with live step-by-step instructions from Executive Chef Adam DeLosso. The class lasts approximately an hour and a half and will teach each household how to create a delicious meal in an interactive and memorable way while making new friends and learning new skills.The new Taste of Italy Cooking Class menu consists of:
- Antipasti Platter with Assorted Italian Meats & Cheeses, Marinated Roasted Peppers, Artichokes &
Olives, Demi Baguette, Whole Grain Mustard - Tuscan Petite Filet & Jumbo Shrimp with Creamy Pecorino Polenta, Roasted Hen of the Woods
Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Barolo Red Wine Pan Sauce (Vegetarian options available upon
request) - Tiramisu with Lady Fingers, Whipped Mascarpone, Coffee Liquor (Premade in 12th Street Catering’s
in-house pastry kitchen)
The Taste of Italy Cooking Class is $150 per kit for two people and includes individually packaged and labeled
ingredients.
