11 of Philly’s Best Mexican-Owned Taco Spots are Coming Together For the All-You-Can-Eat Tacos & Dessert Fiesta
Looking for the best authentic tacos in Philly? Look no further than the Taco Fiesta happening Thursday September 28th. That’s right, eleven of the best Mexican-owned restaurants in the area will set up shop at the Bok Building’s West Gym from 6 pm – 9 pm.
Created by the Association of Mexican Business Owners of Philadelphia, this will be the second year the Taco Fiesta will take place. Guests will get to enjoy all-you-can eat tacos and desserts along with live music and more. There will also be a cash bar available. The event will also have vendors who will provide free and surprise giveaways to attendees.
“The event took place for first time last year. The goal of this event is a create an opportunity for people to experience authentic Mexican food, desserts, aguas frescas, music and art all in one place. We will also include other Latin American flavors. It will be a surprise,” states association president Hector Herrada.
“This event is made by immigrant businesses for immigrant businesses. What makes this event special is that in addition to the delicious food, attendees will get to experience the love and care that these businesses have for their customers. Not mention proceeds would go to directly support small businesses,” Hector adds.
