The Loews Hotel Warms Up Winter With New “Shot of Love” Promotion

Keep the Valentine celebration going and the spirit of the season with “Shots of Love” from Loews Hotels & Resorts. Available throughout February and March, the new promotion taps the creativity of chefs, mixologists and even guests to craft custom cocktails, culinary magic and more during the most romantic time of the year.

Since the groundhog saw his shadow and we are in for six more weeks of winter weather, what better a way to spend the time than indulging in a fabulous weekend brunch at Bank & Bourbon – especially when it comes with a Shot of Love!

For those that do not love single digit winter weather, snow and ice, Bank & Bourbon is offering a little love in a little glass which is available through March 28th.

Created by Brian Bevilacqua, Bourbon Master at Bank & Bourbon, the Shot of Love is bourbon, Smith and Cross Rum, stout beer, a whole egg  and garnished with ground coffee beans. The Shot of Love is served complimentary with the purchase of Bank & Bourbon’s signature Pastrami Short Rib Hash and Eggs; poached eggs, long hot peppers, mustard broth and hollandaise.

Bank & Bourbon offers an a la carte brunch menu Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 2pm. From  bourbon doughnuts with cinnamon sugar and fruit jam, to a flat iron steak and eggs with spinach, potatoes and sunny side up eggs, to Classic Eggs Benedict made with poached cage free eggs, toasted English muffin, smoked pork loin and hollandaise.

Located on the ground floor of Philadelphia’s first and most renowned skyscraper, the PSFS Building, Bank & Bourbon blends classic mid-century architecture with a comfortable, relaxed décor. Exposed pipes and wooden beams on the ceiling, tufted leather banquettes, rugs and wooden floors offer a casual, rustic, modern, approachable setting with an inherently American menu and a unique barrel aging program for bourbon, whiskey and rye spirits, under the direction of a Bourbon Master.
