Diners will get a three-course tasting menu of the kitchen’s best offerings, featuring mako shark as the star entrée, for $29. If you’re wondering, shark is most often compared to swordfish in taste. More importantly, Garces alum Tim Spinner is a master at elevating fish. His black sea bass entrée at La Calaca Feliz is always worth a trip.
