This biggest happy hour in Philly is back and as tastier than ever.  If you happen to be unfamiliar with Sips, essentially just about every establishment that serves alcohol in Center City offers the best deals every Wednesday throughout the summer.  As with each year you can expect $5 cocktails, $4 wine, $3 beer and half-priced appetizers from 5-7 pm every Wednesday, June 3 – September 2.
