Now you can toast to Women’s History Month, with a women owned beverage made right here in the area. Kathy Pires, Owner and Operator of Trinity Flavors. Kathy’s involvement with Women of the Vine and Spirit, a membership organization dedicated to the diversification of the industry, shows a greater need for the industry to be equitable for all. “When I launched Trinity Flavors back in 2017, I never really knew the impact that I would be having on an industry that’s predominantly male. It’s important to me that we continue to diversify this industry and I’m happy to be a part of a shifting culture and influence in the spirit’s world. If I inspire one woman to take the leap and believe in herself and her ideas, then I will consider my job done!,” Kathy stated.
Irish Iced Coffee will be available year-round. If you’re looking to get your hands on them, distribution to bars and restaurants began in early March and it’s currently available at 40 PA Wine & Spirits and will eventually make it to 80 stores. Trinity Flavors is also offering free home delivery for folks in PA.
