DESCRIPTION:The 11th-annual celebration will take over the 700 block of South Street with food\, drinks\, dancers and live music\, all free and open to the public; limited VIP tickets are available now\nOn Saturday\, May 4 from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.\, Philadelphia’s most authentic German bierhall\, Brauhaus Schmitz\, will host Maifest\, their 11th-annual Spring block party. Open to the public\,\nMaifest has quickly become a beloved annual tradition of food\, drinks and live music; it is free to attend\, with pay-as-you-go Food and Beer\, and limited VIP Tickets.\nVIP Tickets include a flavorful appetizer buffet\, served from 12 noon until 6 p.m.\, along with access to private restrooms\, a liter mug\, six tokens good for a beer or food item each ($100 per person).\nTickets can be purchased on their website www.brauhausschmitz.com (SHOP TAB).\nThere will also be pay-as-you-go food options\, including: Pig Roast\, Bratwurst (traditional pork sausage) and Speckwurst (bacon sausage); as well as an array of delicious pay as you go beer\, by\nsome of the top German Breweries.
