Who’s down for some free ice cream? With these high temperatures it sounds like the perfect way to cool down. For three days, catch the Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Truck popping-up around Philadelphia’s most highly populated neighborhoods, surprising passersby with complimentary scoops of Van Leeuwen’s signature dairy and vegan ice cream flavors.
Truck flavors include classic Vanilla and signature Honeycomb, alongside vegan staples Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Mint Chocolate Chip. Plus, be among the first to taste Van Leeuwen’s one-of-a-kind Philly flavor in partnership with Federal Donuts, Strawberry Lavender Donut – a creamy buttermilk ice cream mixed with pieces of Federal Donuts’ Strawberry Lavender Donut and swirled with homemade strawberry lavender jam.
The Van Leeuwen Ice Cream truck will be making stops at Drexel Square, Rittenhouse Square, Dilworth Park, 23rd & South Streets, and more. See scheduled pop-ups below:
