The River Stroll Returns to the Delaware Riverfront With Deals on Food, Drinks, & Entertainment Every Thursday

It looks like the Delaware Riverfront will be the place to be Thursdays this Summer.  That’s because every Thursday from 5 pm – 9pm, now through August 31, guests will get to enjoy deals on food, beverages as well as attractions and live entertainment. Popular restaurants and venues including Morgan’s Pier, Moshulu, Spruce Street Harbor Park, Cherry Street Pier, and more will be participating in the River Stroll.

“The Philly River Stroll is a chance for guests to get a taste of the Waterfront, and they can choose their own adventure each time they visit,” said Joe Forkin, president of DRWC. “We hope to start a new Philly tradition by making it easy to create great experiences for our guests and partners by coordinating accessible opportunities at many waterfront destinations.”

Throughout the duration of the Philly River Stroll, circus performers will bring whimsy and wonder to the waterfront at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing, Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest, and Spruce Street Harbor Park starting promptly at 6pm. The latter two venues will also feature live DJ sets provided by Q102, plus Cherry Street Pier will feature free resident artist pop-up workshops.
