If you haven’t experienced the magic of hearing a live orchestra playing the score of one of your favorite movies, here’s your chance. The Philadelphia Orchestra just announced their 2025 lineup of films that will be screened at the Kimmel Center.
The lineup consists of three films starting with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (sorry it was too long to include the entire title in the headline) September 26th-28th.
This will be followed by The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring December 5th-7th then Disney’s Fantasia in Concert. All movies will take place in Marian Anderson Hall with multiple times to choose from.
Tickets start at $50 and there is a special offer for those looking to purchase tickets to all three performances. Tickets can be purchased at philorch.ensembleartsphilly.org/tickets-and-events/events
