The Fillmore is Hosting the Red Bull BC One US Finals Featuring the Best Breakers, Workshops, and Performance by Raekwon
In the year that the world is celebrating the 50th anniversary of Hiphop it’s only right that we pay homage to the most physical element of the culture, breaking. For those that love to watch B-Boys and B-Girls kill it, now’s your chance to see the best breakers the country has the offer live on the big stage. On Friday August 25th and Saturday August 26th The Fillmore (29 E. Allen St.) will be hosting the Red Bull BC One US Finals.
This two-day event will feature workshops, panels and exhibition battles as well as a culmination of the winning b-boys and b-girls from the Orlando, Minneapolis, and New York regional qualifiers.
The finalists will have the opportunity to be crowned the Red Bull USA B-Boy and B-Girl champions, cementing their place in the road to the World Final in Paris, France on October 21st at the Stade Roland-Garros Stadium. In addition rap legend Raekwon will be performing during the finals on August 26th.
