Baseball is back and if you’re a fan of America’s past time, then The Bourse (111 S. Independence Mall) will be the spot for you to hang out every Friday night in April. This is because starting starting April 8th, The Bourse Philly is bringing the ballpark to Old City with “There’s No Crying in Baseball!” — a month-long pet friendly outdoor Friday night movie series featuring 90’s baseball classics, kicking off Friday, April 8th.

The Bourse invites movie buffs and baseball fanatics to its fifth street patio every Friday in April from 7-10 pm for an outdoor movie screening. Each table seats up to four guests and costs a flat fee of $40, so groups of one, two, three or four only need to purchase one ticket. Tickets can be purchased here.

Moviegoers are invited to the patio starting at 6 pm to check-in and enjoy snacks and refreshments from select food hall vendors prior to the movie.

The movie line-up is:
Friday April 8th: Angels in the Outfield
Friday April 15th: League of Their Own
Friday April 22nd: Rookie of the Year
Friday April 29th: The Sandlot

A few things to note…

1. The movie will air outside on the 5th Street patio. Dress appropriately for the weather, and BYOB(lanket) if necessary.

2. In the event of rain, this event will be canceled and ticket holders will receive a refund.
