The American Swedish Historical Museum is Hosting “Smörgåsbeer” With International Beers, Food, and of Course Sweetish Fish

If you’re up for enjoying food, international beers, and exploring a museum you may have never been to than keep reading. The American Swedish Historical Museum (1900 Pattison Ave.) located at FDR park is inviting everyone to their summer time Smörgåsbeer taking place on July 27th from 6 pm – 9 pm.

Guests will be able to spend the evening enjoying regional and international beers in the museum’s large outdoor lawn as well as enjoying Swedish-inspired eats.

For entertainment, SmörgåsBeer party-goers can play trivia and lawn games as well as a traditional Swedish “tipsrunda” or quiz walk through the museum as well as win prizes.

Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. A discounted designated driver price of $15 is also available. Attendees must be 21+ to participate in the alcohol sampling and must present a valid ID. This event is designed for an adult audience and is recommended for participants 21 and over.
