The Academy of Natural Sciences is Hosting “Night in the Museum,” an Overnight Experience For Kids
The Academy of Natural Sciences is bringing back their popular overnight experience. Night in the Museum will take place January 14th-15th and allows kids 6-12 to experience the Academy’s towering dinosaurs — including T. rex — after dark. This action-packed night at the museum barely leaves room for shut-eye. Sleep next to roaring lions, stalking tigers or ancient dinosaurs. Explore every corner of the Academy’s famous exhibits, including The Big Dig and Outside In, as well as a live animal show.
Check in begins at 6:30 pm with activities kicking off at 7 p.m and lasts until 9 a.m on the 15th. Kids and their accompanying adults will be able to hang out with fellow explorers and enjoy various snacks, breakfast and coffee. This event also features hands-on experiments and see the museum as you never have before.
Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. Tickets run $65 non-members/$60 members/$89 VIP (Very Important Paleontologist). VIP tickets include a reserved spot beneath thier famous T. rex, an Academy T-shirt and patch, an Academy dinosaur pin and other exclusive gifts to commemorate your stay.
