The 5th Annual CiderFest is Coming to the Historic Woodford Mansion With Live Music, Vendors and Plenty of Cider
Hey cider lovers, it’s that time of the year. CiderFest is back for its 5th year and will feature plenty of entertainment, shopping, and of course cider. Home Brewed Events is hosting CiderFest at the historic Woodford Mansion (2300 N 33rd St.) October 15th and 16th.
Guests will enjoy a fall afternoon sipping on local ciders and chatting with cider makers, listening to live music, mansion tours, lawn games, local arts and crafts vendors, beekeeping demonstrations, cider pressing and other demonstrations.
Saturday’s cider lineup will feature:
Chatty Monks Brewing Company, Hale & True Cider, Mural City Cellars, Original 13, Philadelphia Distilling, Ploughman Cider and more.
Sunday’s cider line up will feature:
Chatty Monks Brewing Company, Hale & True Cider, Manoff Market Cider, Mural City Cellars, Original 13, Philadelphia Distilling, Ploughman Cider, Young American Cider and more.
For live entertainment Saturday attendees will hear the sounds of odd Fausnacht Music, The Cheddar Boys and the Punk Cellist while on Sunday Maggie’s Boots, Hey Slow and the Punk Cellist will be performing.
Tickers are $35 per person. There is a picnic package for $60 that features a curated picnic prepared by Liberty Kitchen filled with aged local cheddar, fennel salami, accouterments and more. There are gluten-free and vegetarian options available for purchase. Tickets can be purchased here.
