Tabachoy Will Be Doing a 3-Month Long Pop-Up at Forin Cafe with Cocktails, Wines, and Filipino Comfort Dishes
Looks like Kensingon residents will not have to travel far to enjoy Filipino food for a while. Critically acclaimed Tabachoy will be popping-up at Forin Cafe (2525 Frankford Ave.) this month for a 3-month long series that will feature plenty of cocktails, house wines, and of course Filipino comfort dishes.
The Tabachoy pop-ups will take place every Thursday-Saturday from November 16th through February 16th. “We’ve done a handful of events with Chance from Tabachoy before and had a blast creating a beverage component to his delicious dishes. We both loved the idea of turning up the music, dimming the lights and mixing fun cocktails while Tabachoy cooks up their staple dishes; all at our 2525 location,” states Forin co-owner Seth Kligerman
The pop-ups will take place from 5pm-10pm and will be for walk-ins only. However, for large parties of six or more, reservations via Resy are encouraged. The menu will consist of:
Cocktails
Ube Mai Tai
Oolong Milk Punch Highball
Jalapeño + Cucumber Margarita
Pandan Espresso Martini
Soursop Manhattan
Calamansi Cosmo
Bites
Tabachoy Caesar
Pork Adobo
