SWEAT FITNESS LAUNCHES CYCLING AND SIPPING SERIES
SWEAT Fitness, Philadelphia’s premier fitness club, is excited to announce the launch of a FREE Cycling & Sippingseries at three of the seven Philly-area locations, through the end of September!
SWEAT Fitness Conshohocken, Fitler Square and Manayunk, will host a SWEAT Cycling & Sipping class once a week through the end of September. Guests can sweat it out on brand new bikes on the sidewalk in front of the gym, and enjoy a complimentary beer and cold towel post workout!
Classes will take place Mondays at SWEAT Fitness Conshohocken from 6-7 pm; Wednesdays at Fitler Square from 6:30-7:30 pm; and Thursdays at Manayunk from 6:30-7:30 pm.
“We are in that time of year when prime bathing suit is coming to an end and people start slacking on their workouts,” said Tracy Shannon, SWEAT Fitness President. “This is a wonderful way to keep working hard into the fall – outdoors with friends and beer!”
The classes are free for members and non-members, however tickets are required as there are a limited number of spots available each week – 14 at Manayunk, and 15 at Conshohocken and Fitler Square. Tickets will be available the day after each class for the following week.
