River Twice in East Passyunk is Having a Pop-Up Seafood Feast Event With Raw Bar, Hot Dishes & More
Attention foodies, especially seafood lovers. This Sunday, June 25th from 1 to 6 pm River Twice (1601 E Passyunk Ave.) will be hosting a special seafood feast. The special pop-up event dubbed ““Ruby’s Oyster Bar,” named after the owner’s daughter will offer a wide-range of seafood options.
Guests will be able to enjoy a summer-centric seafood feast with an a la carte menu of raw, cold, and hot seafood dishes such as raw oysters, live surf clams, fluke crudo, shrimp cocktail, blue crab fingers, lobster roll, ‘chowdah-like’ clam soup, steamed Maine mussels, a potato chip crusted fried shrimp sandwich, and the showstopper highlight – a clam bake for the whole table featuring clams, shrimp, mussels, lobster, corn, and potatoes with garlic butter and espelette.
Seating is available at the chef’s counter and in the dining room, as well as on the patio for al fresco dining.Ruby’s Oyster Bar will be in collaboration with Anxo (pronounced ‘ahn-cho’) Cider, the largest producer of apple-only cider in the country.
