Please Touch Museum is Hosting Another Adults-Only Night With a Winter Theme, Indoor Skating, Food ,Cocktails, and More

Last May, the Please Touch Museum hosted its first adult-only night and the reception was overwhelming leading to a sold out event with over 600 attendees. With the popularity of the first installment, Please Touch Museum is running it back with its second, 21+ Museum Night taking place January 31, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. with a special cozy winter theme: Snowed In.

Snowed In will feature more guests and offerings, including themed bites and drinks by Brûlée Catering, an indoor skating rink, a trivia lounge, themed cocktails, and more. Tickets sales opened on December 16.

Making its debut in Summer 2024, Museum Night is a new, after-hours event series created by Please Touch Museum to give adults the chance to embrace their sense of place and wonder as they explore the Museum. Each Museum Night features a different theme, live performances, a cash bar, and special surprises designed to integrate Museum experiences into private events held at historic Memorial Hall.

While guests are “Snowed In” at the upcoming Museum Night event, they will enjoy the Museum’s open exhibits on the first floor allowing guests to launch rockets in the Rocket Room, “drive” the Septa Bus in Roadside Adventures, preview the new traveling exhibit Voyage to the Deep: Underwater Adventures and ride the historic Dentzel Carousel in the Independence Blue Cross Carousel House. Guests will also enjoy cozy winter fun and will:

• Step Into the Inferno Floor: DJ dance party with DJ Mr. Geek’d will set Hamilton Hall ablaze with electrifying beats.
• Forge & Frost Creative Stations: Dive into hands-on crafting as you design things like paper making, winter ceramics, and much more!
• Experience the Magic of the Glacial Glide: Step onto the ice and let your evening flow with elegance and excitement! *Additional Cost – $5/person. Can be purchased in advance online or upon arrival.
• Cool Your Mind at The Chill Zone with Jake Strong: Sip on themed drinks, and tackle rounds of trivia inspired by the epic clash of fire and ice—covering pop culture, science, food, and more.

General admission tickets can be purchased for $45 while Please Touch Museum members can purchase tickets for $40. Early bird tickets will be on sale December 16^th-20^th and will include a complimentary welcome drink, with additional food and beverages available for sale throughout the evening. Parking in the Museum’s gated lot is free for this event, first-come, first-served. Advance reservations are required, by visiting pleasetouchmuseum.org/museum-nights-21-events/.
