Summer fun will kick off soon in the PHS Pop Up Gardens. This year, PHS is transforming two spaces into lush urban oases, inviting everyone to enjoy summer in the city at these cultural hot spots.

The PHS Pop Up Garden will return to South Street (15th and South), the popular site of PHS Pop Ups for the past two years. A new design will incorporate intimate social spaces and a soothing plant palette: bursts of roses, fragrant herbs, cocktail cucumbers and climbing vines and more.

At a new site, the Viaduct Rail Park (10th and Hamilton) PHS will transform an unlikely space into a fabulous community asset in a historic neighborhood that is undergoing a creative rebirth. The Pop Up will raise awareness of the impressive horticulture, history, and a new development being planned for the Reading Viaduct.

Each PHS Pop Up will feature fun food and refreshing beverage options; a calendar of activities and special events; and of course, great horticulture and garden design.
