Panorama (14 N Front St.), located in the Penn’s View Hotel boasts a Guinness World Record custom-built wine keeper offering over 120 wines on tap, is partnering with New Jersey-based Gem Life + Bar, a booze-free bottle shop and wellness pop-up owned by Drew Davis, for a Sensible Sips Happy Hour featuring n/a wines and cocktails on Thursday, January 4. In addition, Davis and Panorama General Manager and Wine Director William Eccleston have collaborated on a N/A wine flight and zero proof cocktails that will be available all of January at Panorama.
For those who are sober, sober curious, starting a wellness journey or are just cutting back in the new year, Panorama is toasting to 2024 with a Sensible Sips Happy Hour with Drew Davis of Gem Life + Bar on Thursday, January 4 from 5:30-7:30pm. Tickets are $65 and include assorted chef selected hors d’oeuvres, n/a wines and a zero proof Aperol Spritz. Attendees will be able to mix and mingle with Drew Davis and William Eccleston, ask questions, and learn more about sensible sipping. Tickets can be purchased at panorama-restaurant.square.site.
“We’ve seen a recent up-tick in interest in de-alcoholized wines as alternatives to the n/a cocktail trends,” said Ecccleston. “So, in addition to partnering with Drew Davis on this fun January wellness event we also collaborated on a n/a wine flight with some pleasantly complex offerings and additional cocktails that we can add to our menus more permanently. There are so many non-drinkers in Philadelphia and beyond and we look forward to creating a more inclusive beverage menu for all to enjoy.”
