Over a Dozen of the Best Cideries, Breweries and Distillers Will Participate in the Made On American Street Festival
Kensington was once named the Workshop of the World with a large number of textile, knitting and cotton mills, breweries, and manufacturing. Celebrating the historic makers of the area, Made on American Street Festival returns as a newly reinvented Music and Beer Festival taking place on May 21st from 1-5 pm at Punch Buggy Brewing (1445 North American St.).
Original 13, Punch Buggy Brewing and Home Brewed Events have teamed up to bring the best beer and cider from the city together for an afternoon of sipping and sampling on the newly renovated American Street in Kensington. 4333 Collective will be featuring talented musicians to showcase a variety of musical genres together on one stage. Neighborhood favorites, New Liberty Distilling, will be sampling cocktails to showcase their amazing whiskies. In addition local restaurants and cafes will be offering a variety of pay-as-you-go food. Music and beer are the perfect pair and make for a fun spring afternoon in the city.
Early bird tickets are on sale for $35 before April 1st. Afterwards tickets will cost $40 for general admission. VIP tickets are available for $65 and gets you in 1 hour early (12pm) with tastes of reserved beer, cider and cocktails. Purchase tickets here.
