Over 400 Premium Wines and 25+ Top Chefs From Philly Will Come Together For Philadelphia Magazine’s Food & Wine Event
Philadelphia Magazine will be hosting their inaugural Food & Wine Event presented by Lexus featuring a vast assortment of wines and some of the city’s top restaurants at the Kimmel Central Cultural Campus on Thursday, February 22nd. Guests will enjoy tasting more than 400 premium wines from around the world paired with samples of dishes offered from a variety of Philadelphia’s top restaurants served in an upscale, festival environment.
This brand-new event joins Philadelphia magazine’s Wine Festival along with Foobooz’ Philly Cooks together in one night, with top local restaurants hand-selected by Philadelphia magazine’s editors, as well as others highlighted on the magazine’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
The events takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. for general admission ticket holders, with VIP ticket holders entering at 5 p.m. VIP benefits include early access to the event while receiving a more intimate experience with the winemakers and chefs, the ability to taste of a selection of rare wines not offered during general admission, the chance to be amongst the first to sample dishes from top local chefs and restaurants, and access to the private Lexus VIP Lounge featuring premium samplings and an exclusive chef’s tasting experience. Participating restaurants and culinary brands include Amada, Amina, Bishos, Cantina La Martina, Reuby by Chef Reuben R. Asaram, Doro Bet, Down North Pizza, El Chingon, EMei, Enswell, Fishtown Pickle Project, Fork, Forsythia, Garces Events, June BYOB, Korean Taqueria, Le Virtù, Little Fish, Pizzata Pizzeria, Poi Dog, Rex at the Royal, Rival Bros Coffee, Salam Café, Sri’s Company, Stina Pizzeria, Tabachoy, The Breakfast Den, Volver, and White Yak. There will also be interactive lounges, entertainment, and more.
There will also be a special Industry Tasting networking event on the same day from 1 to 3 p.m. Tickets can be purchased with a $5 suggested donation on Eventbrite.
