DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, September 21st (MANNA) will host their annual premier event\, Main Course\, at Vie by Cescaphe. In partnership with MANNA\, Chef Chairs Omar Tate and Cybille St-Aude Tate of Honeysuckle Provisions — recently named Philly Mag’s 2023 “Best All-Day Everything” — will bring together some of Philadelphia’s best chefs and restaurants\, including several 2023 James Beard Award winners and finalists. This one-night-only event will provide guests with a top-tier offering of Philadelphia’s finest cuisine\, all while benefitting MANNA’s mission to provide medically tailored meals to those with critical illnesses. The evening will feature live entertainment from the band Jellyroll and a live auction including items such as a Safari Getaway in Namibia\, Africa\, a luxurious trip to a villa in Spain\, and an exclusive tour and dining experience at Omar Tate & Cybille St. Aude-Tate’s (Honeysuckle Provisions) private farm. \nSeveral of Philadelphia’s top chefs will be participating in this year’s Main Course\, including Chef Chance Anies (Tabachoy)\, Chef Noelle Wheatley Blizzard (New June Bakery)\, Chef Anthony Bonett (Moshulu)\, Executive Chef Eli Collins (a.kitchen + bar\, James Beard 2023 Award winner)\, Chef Kurt Evans (Everybody Eats Philly)\, Chefs Eric Gantz & Mike Stellaccio (MANNA)\, Chef Roberto Gutierrez (Cescaphe)\, Chef Tonii Hicks (James Beard Fellow)\, Ashley Huston (Dreamworld Bakes)\, Chef Dionicio Jimenez (Cantina La Martina\, James Beard 2023 Award finalist)\, Alex Kemp & Amanda Shulman of (My Loup\, James Beard 2023 Award finalist)\, Melissa McGrath (Sweet Amalia)\, Jacob Trinh (Càphê Roasters\, James Beard Fellow)\, and Marcie Turney (Darling Jack’s).
