New Wood-Fired Pizza & Bottle Shop “Eeva” Opens in Kensington!
A new wood-fired pizza and bottle shop is calling South Kensington home. Eeva which which is located at 310 Master Street is owned and operated by the same folks behind the popular coffee shop ReAnimator Coffee Roasters located next door.
Eeva will create their pies using a wood stove prominently displayed in the restaurant. So what can we expect from Eeva? Well according to a recent feature in PhillyMag, the pizza will be “naturally leavened. Neapolitanish — bubbly and charred.” Although Eeva is a 35 seat restaurant, it will operate solely as a take-out spot for now. In addition Eeva features a wine list and a bar turned bottle shop (bottles and canned beers available). However, the the bar will be fully functioning once Eeva offers indoor dining. Guests are also able to order cocktails-to-go.
Eeva is open Thursday-Sunday 4 to 9 pm. See menu below:
