The New Clubhouse Sports Lounge in Rittenhouse Will Have 30+ TVs, Escape Rooms and an Ice Lounge!

Philly is getting a new sports bar but this one won’t be your run-of-the-mill sports bar.  We’re talking 30 plus 4K screens, over two dozen beers, late menu items, two themed escape rooms, classic bar games, and an ice lounge!  The Clubhouse Sports Lounge could moonlight as a theme park.  Located at 111 S. 17th St., it will offer not only a one-of-a-kind experience in Rittenhouse Square but the entire city when it officially opens January 26th.

THE ESCAPE ROOMS

Both escape rooms will have their own themes.  One room will be “Escape the Titanic” while the other will be dubbed “Casino Heist.”  While traditional escape rooms are dry activities, Clubhouse Sports Lounge will of course be incorporating drinks into the equation.  If this is the case why would you even want to escape?

The Malinalli Ice Lounge

You’d have to pretty much go out of state to get a true ice lounge experience.  However, The Clubhouse Sports Lounge is bringing the experience here to Philly.  Guests will enter the 200 sq. ft, ice lounge and be greeted by an iced out room and I ain’t talking about diamonds.  Ice walls, ice ceilings, and even ice furniture.  To top it off ice sculpture will be adding to the “cool” ambiance (pun was all the way intended there).  What better way to enjoy the Malinalli Ice Lounge than by downing some very chilled liquor.  However, no need to find your coat check ticket because a faux fur coat an gloves will be provided.  Man these guys covered all the bases.

THE CLUBHOUSE SPORTS LOUNGE

The venue itself will be open 7 days a week from 12 pm until 2 am. The bar will feature 20 beers from draught, craft, cans and bottles.  You won’t have to worry about going hungry at this spot.  The food is served until late which will definitely fill the late night void when this area lost Little Pete’s.

And what sports bar would be complete without large screens?  This place will have large screens in spades.  Over 30 4K UHD screens, ranging from 60-120″.  These bad boys will be all over this jawn, to provide maximum viewing pleasure.

In short The Clubhouse Bar will be raising the bar for sports bars but also changing the landscape of nightlife and entertainment.  As the city becomes younger and hipper, the demand for more luxury and amenities will continue to grow.  Trendy spots that are normally regulated to posh cities such as NYC, LA, and Miami will continue to sprout in The City of Brotherly Love.  So if you’re looking for a unique and memorable sports bar experience, you’ll have to swing by The Clubhouse Sports Lounge.
