Movies on the Schuylkill Banks Returns Next Month With Sunset Screenings Along the River
Cheap, scenic, and entertaining. If this is something you are looking for in your next date, family outing or activities with friends then be sure to check out the Schuylkill Banks this summer. Starting in June, movies on the Schuylkill Banks returns with a lineup of flicks that are sure to be a blast from the past.
All screenings are free and picnics are encouraged so break out your blankets, lawn chairs and be sure to pack some snacks and drinks as well. Each movie begins at between 8 -8:30 pm (sunset time) so you’ll be able to take in the scenery and sunset vibes. Movies will be screened at two locations, either 25th & Walnut Street or Grays Ferry Crescent (east side of the Schuylkill River just south of the Grays Ferry Avenue Bridge).
