Moonlight Kayak Tours Return to the Schuylkill Banks With Rental and Instructions Included
One of the summer’s most popular date night adventures is back for the 2023 season. Each summer Schuylkill Banks hosts their moonlight kayak tours lead by Hidden River Outfitters. This summer there will be only four tour dates which will include June 3rd, July 29th, August 26th, and September 30th.
Guests will get to enjoy night kayaking in the Schuylkill with professional guides. The moonlight tours includes equipment rental, instructions on how to paddle and safely operate the kayak, and are little over an hour out on the river.
Tours depart at 8 pm from the Walnut Street Dock, located under the Walnut Street Bridge on the east bank of the Schuylkill River. It’s worth noting that children under 12 years old are not permitted. Parental consent is required for individuals who are 17 years old and younger. Waivers must be signed by all adult participants and the parent or guardian of participants who are 17 years old and younger.
Tickets to the moonlight tour are $45 per person. A $5 discount per person is available for groups of 5 or more. Purchase tickets here. Can’t make the moonlight tour?
