Dave Silver has been moving the music culture along in Philly.  His organization REC Philly has been operating as an incubator for musicians and those looking to be apart of the industry.  Helping to cultivate the lives of creates has been his initiative since day one.  Now Dave is spearheading the Amplify Philly movement which promotes Philly music and tech.  Dave Silver stopped by The Lauren Rei Live Show to discuss Amplify Philly’s movement and their plans to take over SXSW.
