Local Fitness Trainers are Hosting a Community Workout Event Celebrating Pride Month Featuring a Bootcamp and Drag Brunch
Local Entrepreneurs and personal trainers Come Alive 215 plan to host an event on Saturday, June 25th, to unite the community for a celebration of the Philadelphia LGBTQ+ community and a 45 minute boot camp workout experience. The event will include a community-oriented workout, live music, free lite bites by Michael Solmonov, Sazon, and drink samples by Teremana, City distilling, and Picnic Brunch. For entertainment, this event will also feature a drag brunch experience by Iris Spectre with shopping and more.
The event will take place at Eakins Oval, 2451 Ben Franklin PKWY, Philadelphia. Even organizers, Kim Harari and Shannon Brennan state that they “are committed to bringing the Philadelphia community together to feel our best.” They started their company Come Alive 215 with the goal to create events that fostered unique, community-driven fitness experiences. Tickets are $40 and be purchased at UpcomingEvents.com. All proceeds are being donated to The William way Center and the The Attic Youth Center.
