Joseph’s Pizza Parlor in Fox Chase is Hosting Sinatra Night Featuring Acclaimed Singer Steve Ritrovato
For over 55 years Joseph’s Pizza Parlor (7947 Oxford Ave.), Fox Chase’s legendary pizzeria and bar artisanal pies, cheesesteaks to the local community, now they are looking to put a twist on their service. For one night only guests will get to enjoy dinner and show during their special Sinatra Night on March 12th from 5 pm- 8 pm featuring acclaimed singer Steve Ritrovato.
Guests will be serenaded with legendary hits from Sinatra’s legendary catalogue while they dine. Ritravato will also pull songs from the likes of Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, and more. Those not familiar, Ritrovato’s vast musical experience and accolades include performances at the renowned Lincoln Center, The Blue Note and Birdland Jazz Center in New York, the Kimmel Center, the Mann Center and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and casinos in Atlantic City among others. Ritrovato has performed for more than a dozen years throughout Italy, Germany, France, and Canada.
“It’s always a blast whenever I get to perform at Joseph’s Pizza Parlor as it’s a Philadelphia institution with lots of soul, fantastic food, and quality people — from the staff to the returning guests,” said Steve Ritrovato. “We’re planning on making Sinatra Nights a reoccurring event at the pizza parlor, and we’re excited to make this a Sunday dinner tradition for families near and far.”
While dining at Joseph’s Pizza Parlor, guests can enjoy a bevy of classic pizza pies with a variety of toppings available to add for additional fees such as Mike’s Hot Honey, Calabrian chili paste, ricotta, cappicola, and long hots. Joseph’s Pizza Parlor also offers a host of innovative 17 inch specialty pies, with highlights spanning Spicy Italian ($23) fashioned with red sauce, mozzarella, sausage, ham cappicola, pepperoni, and Calabrian chili paste, and The Popeye ($21) with garlic oil, mozzarella, sautéed spinach, and shaved Grana Padano.
Non-pizza offerings include a host of salads, appetizers, cheesesteaks, Stromboli, and desserts. Joseph’s Pizza Parlor also boasts a robust beverage program with craft cocktails like Little Philly Negroni ($9) and Italian Cranberry Margarita ($12), plus an array of beers available by the bottle, can, or on rotating draft, and a selection of wine.
