For One Day Only, Chickie’s and Pete’s Will be Selling $1 Crab Fries for National Fry Day
Chickie’s & Pete’s is once again celebrating National French Fry Day with their 10th Annual Crabfries for Heroes event which benefits the Fraternal Order of Police Survivors Fund. All sales from one dollar Crabfries® on Thursday, July 13, 2023 will be donated to the Fund to help families of fallen police officers.
All major Chickie’s and Pete’s locations in the Philadelphia region are participating, including Audubon, Bordentown, Drexel Hill, Egg Harbor, Glassboro, Marlton, Parx Casino, Roosevelt Blvd., South Philadelphia, Robbins Ave and Warrington.
The FOP Survivors Fund is a non-profit organization located in Philadelphia that raises money for families of Philadelphia Police Officers who have been tragically injured or who have passed away in the line of duty. Since it’s inception, Chickie’s & Pete’s has donated over $150,000 to the FOP Survivors Fund thanks to the monumental success of their event.

To date, Chickie’s & Pete’s has donated over $125,000 to the FOP Survivors Fund thanks to the monumental success of their event and the amazing support of the community.

Crabfries® for Heroes started as a simple idea to say “Thank you” to police officers for their service and dedication to their communities. After seeing the need firsthand, Pete Ciarrocchi and his team decided to make a major commitment to The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Survivors Fund.
