First Friday Movie Nights Under the Stars & Stripes Returns to The Betsy Ross House

It’s outdoor movie season and it looks like the Betsy Ross House is one of the first venues to announce their summer movie line-up. The Betsy Ross House First Friday Movie Nights Under the Stars & Stripes kicks-off Friday, June 3 and will run through September.

The $8 admission includes a tour of the Betsy Ross House and a kitschy B movie in the courtyard. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early as seating is limited and are welcome to bring food and drink to enjoy during the movie. Grab a bottle of wine and a pizza and spend the evening under the stars and stripes.

· June 3, 8:45 p.m. – Earth vs. the Spider

· July 1, 8:45 p.m. – Robot Monster

· August 5, 8:30 p.m. – It Conquered the World

· September 2, 7:45 p.m. – The Amazing Colossal Man

The Betsy Ross House is open daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors will meet Betsy Ross, herself, working in the country’s only 18th century upholstery shop and sharing stories from her interesting life and exiting times … and answering all the questions visitors have.
