The East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) is home to more than 160 independently-owned businesses in South Philadelphia. Now this bustling corner of the city is celebrating the autumn season and Halloween weekend with the return Fall Fest & Spooky Saturday on Saturday, October 29 from 11am – 4pm. This annual, all-ages festival is filled with costumed fun, craft vendors, grab-and-go pumpkins, trick or treating, sidewalk sales, live music including SNACKTIME and The Cheddar Boys, spirited fare and libations, and much more.

East Passyunk Avenue BID welcomes locals and visitors to spend Saturday, October 29 partaking in fall-focused festivities including a free costume photo booth (for children, adults, and pets), free mini pumpkins (while supplies last), trick or treating at many local businesses, and more. Grown-ups can enjoy live entertainment, 50+ craft and arts vendors, boo-zy beverages and themed fare, and much more. Activities will be held at the Singing Fountain (EPA and Tasker) which will be adorned with new seasonal décor, in the PPA Lot (1628 East Passyunk), at Mifflin Triangle (EPA and Mifflin), and at the Gateway (EPA and Broad).
