DESCRIPTION:On Sunday November 30th\, the great Chef Carlos Wills of Ogawa will be joining us for a very special and unique tasting menu at Post Haste! \nChef Wills’ 23-course omakase has been widely praised as one of the best culinary experiences in Philly\, including being named one of the Best New Restaurants of 2024\, and securing a spot on the Inquirer’s 76 List. His 12 seat counter is a highly sought after reservation\, and so we are beyond excited to extend his talents to our 75 seat dining room. \nFor this tasting menu\, Chef Wills will be applying his certain set of skills – careful sourcing\, precision knifework\, inventive cooking – to Post Haste’s friendly & welcoming bar for all. His attention to detail will be on display as he expands his offerings from small bites to larger composed dishes\, with flavors drawing from his background and years of experience. \nThis tasting menu is intentionally different from the omakase experience at Ogawa’s counter – think fun\, rebellious\, and a little more casual – while still showcasing the same high-quality ingredients\, passion\, love\, and care that define the Ogawa experience \nChef Wills will also be combining skills with Post Haste’s own Chef Ari Miller on some very special dishes.
