SUMMARY:TACOLAB  With Mission Taqueria & The Oyster House
DESCRIPTION:The popular dinner party is back for a one-night only dinner with Mission Taqueria’s downstairs neighbor Oyster House (1516 Sansom St.)\, that will take place on July 17th. Chef duo Joe Campoli & James Waters of Oyster House worked with Mission Taqueria’s new Executive Chef Alejandro Martin Sanchez to create a six-course menu\, with a few optional special additions. \nThis TACOLAB menu will run $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and will be the only menu served that evening.  Dishes will include: an All-black Taco de Calamar; Hot & Cold Oyster duo with Roasted Elote & Tepache Granita; Black Bass Crudo with Avocado Purée\, Grilled Pineapple\, and White Shoyu; and more.  A pop-up raw bar and some not-to-be-missed bonus courses will be available as well.
