DESCRIPTION:Philadelphia’s beloved themed dance party collective Riot Nerd is celebrating 10 years of packed dance floors\, niche fandoms\, and queer-forward nightlife with a massive 10-Year Anniversary Party on Thursday\, February 20\, from 9pm–2am at Underground Arts. \nThe night features two parties\, two rooms\, one ticket: \n• Main Room: A decade-spanning dance party soundtracking Riot Nerd’s run from 2016 to today\, with hits\, bangers\, and dance floor staples spun by DJ Adub.\n• The Black Box: Riot Nerd’s annual Twin Peaks Party\, an immersive ’80s New Wave experience with DJ George Purkins\, plus a special guest set by DJ Riot Meg\, Riot Nerd’s founder and creator. \nTo mark the milestone\, attendees can expect: \n\nFree Riot Nerd merch (t-shirts\, hats\, koozies\, buttons & more while supplies last)\nA photo booth open for part of the night\nA party photographer capturing the full anniversary chaos\nThe high-energy dance floor Riot Nerd has become known for over the last decade\n\nOver the past decade\, Riot Nerd has focused on creating distinct\, community-driven experiences within Philly nightlife\, centering fandoms\, inclusivity\, and giving back… donating tens of thousands of dollars to local and national charities through its events.
