Families can also explore arts and crafts\, visit the flower market by Horticulture\, and experience horseback riding with the Fletcher Street Urban Riding Club. \nPlus\, come hungry for the return of the Rail Park Bao Bar and Sego Philly Food Truck. \nThis free\, family-friendly event is especially great for kids and first-time visitors\, and a perfect way to experience the Rail Park and Lunar New Year traditions together.
