In partnership with local animal rescue Morris Animal Refuge\, the hotel will be hosting a Halloween costume contest and encourages pets and their humans to dress up in their spookiest\, silliest and most creative costumes for a chance to win a one-night staycation at the Hotel Monaco valued at $700\, complete with fun additions like a custom dog bandana\, pet care kit and 10% off walking services through Wag!
