This dynamic and non-linear supercut provides a carefully crafted audiovisual space for the multiplicity of Blackqueer self-expression to traverse candid everyday moments and the work of community-in-active-formation. Osadolor is a New York-based filmmaker\, art director\, creative researcher\, and sound designer. a_blurred_fluxx_00.avi was a finalist for Best Documentary (International Short Film) at the London Breeze Film Festival and has screened at the Black Harvest\, Ann Arbor\, and Lagos Queer Film Festivals. \nThis event was organized by Scribe and Jamal Batts\, Assistant Professor in the Department of Black Studies at Swarthmore College\, with the support of Swarthmore’s Department of Film and Media Studies\, Office of Inclusive Excellence\, and Lang Center for Civic and Social Responsibility. It is co-presented with camra and the Center for Experimental Ethnography at the University of Pennsylvania. \nOsadolor Osawemwenze is a visual maker\, creative researcher\, and sound designer whose art practice and media research expand their nuanced perspective on Blackqueerness as a young Nigerian from Texas.
